Immigration Attorney Fees

(as of December 2019)

Below are the immigration attorney fees and USCIS filing fees for Mu & Ta Law Firm PLLC. We make it a priority to ensure that all prospective clients know the associated immigration costs well ahead of time to begin the planning process.

The filing fees are due along with the signed retainer agreement with our firm before services are rendered and the USCIS filing fees should be submitted before any USCIS application is filed.

For some services, we provide a price range due to the complexity of certain cases and the time discrepancies. Again, fees for some cases may vary depending on the circumstances of that client’s situation.

Apart from the monetary costs, it’s important to evaluate the emotional component involved. We can’t guarantee that your case will be approved but will do everything in our power to submit the proper paperwork, follow-up with requests for evidence, and more.

Remember that your immigration status is a very serious matter which should be handled by only a qualified and experienced immigration attorney. Our immigration attorney fees are among the most competitive and our customer dedication is exceptional, bar none. Should you have any questions regarding the fees listed below, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
